VATify.eu is a fully automated information system that tracks daily changes of your business partners from different countries and notifies you if any change occurs.

To use it, you will need a valid e-mail address to receive notifications and status reports, and an application that can open spreadsheet files to read the reports.

You can upload the list of companies or VAT IDs you want to track trough the VATify.eu web interface or by e-mail. The VATify.eu system will give you a user name based on you e-mail address, and save your list of VAT IDs.

VATify.eu will combine your list with the lists of other users, and make anonymous verifications trough different databases, depending on the country the VAT IDs you want to track are from, in more than 40 countries of Europe.

VATify.eu will verify retrieved data with the data already stored in the database. If there is a difference between the stored and the newly retrieved data, a notification will be sent to you.

On a weekly basis, VATify.eu will send you a status report (XLSX) with available data on your list of companies or VAT IDs you are monitoring.
